Landform Designs was founded on a simple desire.

The most fulfilling part of design is shaping the spaces where life's most meaningful moments unfold.

Designing land that lives as beautifully as it endures.

Since 2001 we’ve had the honor of serving families throughout NWA and the surrounding region. What makes the work meaningful is coming alongside people who care deeply about their homes and recognize the potential of their property.

The Team

Greg and Julie work closely together, bringing complementary perspectives to each project.

Whether a client arrives with a clear vision or is still exploring what is possible, they provide steady guidance by listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and shaping a clear path forward.

Greg Bland, PLA

Greg brings over 25 years of experience in landscape architecture, working across residential properties and rural land.

He studied landscape architecture at the University of Arkansas and spent time in England studying garden design, where a lasting appreciation for structure, proportion, and long-term stewardship continues to influence his work. Early experience in Nashville and time abroad broadened that perspective.

In 2001, he returned to Fayetteville to establish Landform Designs.

His connection to the land began much earlier. He spent summers on his grandparents’ farm in Tontitown, where the land was worked daily and every element served a purpose. That experience continues to shape how he approaches land today, grounded in simplicity, function, and care.

Greg brings a calm, steady presence to each project. He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and helps guide decisions with clarity from first conversation through final build.

Julie Bland, BLA

Julie brings a thoughtful and complementary perspective to the work at Landform Designs.

She studied landscape architecture at the University of Arkansas and spent time living and studying in Rome, where an appreciation for history, proportion, and spatial composition continues to shape her approach.

Her experience in Nashville includes work with a residential architecture firm as well as campus and community planning. This range allows her to move comfortably between detailed design and broader site considerations.

Julie approaches each project with care and attentiveness. She brings clarity to the process, helping each decision come together with unity and purpose.

Foundation

Our work is shaped by a deeper foundation. Landscape design is only part of what drives us. We aim to care for the land we are entrusted with while also investing in the lives of people beyond the properties we design.

We support international missionary families and have spent time serving through mission work. A portion of our revenue is given through our local church and other efforts.

We also value hospitality, regularly welcoming international students into our home. We are grateful for the ability, passion, and resources God has given us, and we seek to steward them faithfully.

Let’s discuss your property.

We take on a limited number of projects to ensure care and attention at every step.
